1. IT Director

We are currently seeking an IT Director to be responsible for IT management of our IT Department. This role will ensure the optimal functioning of IT/business systems in accordance with all company guidelines, practices and policies while providing support to end users in the selection, procurement, and maintenance of software programs and hardware


-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
-Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience
-Minimum of 5 years’ IT management experience
-Minimum of 5 years of IT hands-on infrastructure experience
-Technical understanding of MPLS, VPN, VOIP, virus protection, cyber-security, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, workstations, storage management,      and MS/VMWare virtualization required
-Experience with Office365, Intune and Microsoft Azure preferred
-Experience with IT cloud services which would include telephony, application clouds, and general off-premise computing solutions required
-Strong Leadership
2. Human Resource Manager

Human Resources Manager plans, directs and coordinates the administrative functions of the company. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the company’s management and its employees. They supervise the department’s support staff and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time. 


-Bachelor’s degree

3. Logistics Operation Manager 

The Logistics Operation Manager is responsible for processing global export and import sales orders. This position serves as the liaison between customers, suppliers, shipping facilities, and transport companies to ensure efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and professional, team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet/exceed customer expectations.  


-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and/or equivalent work experience

4. Customer Relations Manager

Customer Relations Manager leads the textile division’s customer relations departments.  The Manager oversees answering questions, handling complaints and requests from customers, retailers, and the public. They typically provide services by phone, but may also interact with customers face to face, by email, or live chat. They supervise the department’s support staff and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time


-High school diploma

5. Accounting Director

The Accounting Director keep records, helps customers, and carries out financial transactions. The Director is responsible for billing, calculating charges, and prepare them to be mailed to customers. They review documents such as purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips, and compute fees or charges due. They supervise the department’s support staff and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time.  Supervise payroll and timekeeping clerks to compile and post employee time and payroll data. They verify and record attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments. They ensure that employees are paid on time and that their paychecks are accurate.


-High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)

6. Warehouse Specialist

Warehouse Specialist keeps track of and records outgoing and incoming shipments and aid in inventory tracking and control. Clerks may scan barcodes with hand-held devices to keep track of inventory. Specialists retrieve customer orders and prepare them to be shipped. They check if shipment orders were correctly processed in their company's computer system. Specialists move goods from the warehouse to the loading dock for shipping. Warehouse Specialists organize and arrange inventory and keep the shelves stocked with products. They keep a record of items that enter or leave the warehouse and containers and inspect for damaged goods.


-High school diploma
-Ability to lift and carry boxes
-Able to climb ladders to move inventory
-Experience with pallet jacks or lifts
-Understands the importance of precise inventory tracking and count
7. Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

A receptionist who will be responsible for creating a great first impression with every customer who visits the dealership. This person is responsible for greeting customers and welcoming them to the dealership, escorting them to the appropriate department or person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that they have information and refreshments. This person will also have some accounting responsibilities, including posting invoices and repair orders.

8. Sales Executive--Logistics

Easyway International is searching for an enthusiastic person who displays exceptional sales skills. This position has an established territory that has a lot of room for growth for the right person willing to make cold calls. The person who is hired will need to develop the business in Omaha and nearby area.

-Prior retail and/or sales experience preferred but not required

9. Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk provides Easyway International all business with support in the sorting, routing and entering of group/extended stay/business transient lead information. In addition, the Data Entry Clerk also provides support in inputting response data based on the customer/account needs.


-High school diploma
-Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
-Strong typing skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to multi-task, strong time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently, requires minimal supervision.
-General business equipment, including but not limited to a fax machine, ten key, copy machine
10. Material Handler

A Material Handler moves pallets of materials to production lines and finished products to warehouse racks with hand trucks or motorized equipment, such as counterbalance forklifts, sit down forklifts, stand up forklifts, cherry-pickers, and clamp and reach forklifts. Must also know how to use industrial lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools and equipment. 

 -High School diploma or equivalent
 -Previous forklift experience or training certification
 -Basic reading and math skills
 -Stack and palletize products.
 -Skills using automatic and manual packaging machines, scales, and printing devices

11. Shipping and Receiving Associate

A Shipping and Receiving Associate may be responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments, loading or unloading pallets, pulling and preparing orders, and maintaining and organizing shipping, receiving, and storage areas, counting inventory, tracking orders and document work.

12.Logistics Customer Service

A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving job orders from customers via email/phone and ensuring that the order is handled quickly and accurately to customer specifications, handle front line communications with our drivers, receiving and execute customer orders, properly tracking drivers and report route activity as needed via website, following up with all drivers as needed to accurately and timely complete routes, report any issues or incidents to proper team members, supervisors, and customers, complete recurring reporting as necessary per customer specification.


 -High School diploma or equivalent
 -Experience/working background in dispatch or transportation/logistics preferred
 -Fluent computer skills and ability to work proficiently with MS Office software (Excel, Word) and other technical software
 -Strong work ethic and ability to multitask

13. Shipping Coordinator

Easyway looking for a highly motivated candidate to assist the team in daily carrier tracking and tracing operations. The position requires daily communication with carriers via phone and email, responsible for daily tracking and tracing of our carrier group, communicating any tracking issues with customers, assist in delivery appointment reschedules and communicating that information to carriers, responsible for assisting with billing issues such as carrier invoices and closing out loads weekly.


 -High School diploma or equivalent

14. Truck Driver

EASYwaywasy drivers do much more than drive. Although that’s an important part of the job, being the face of our company to our customers is your primary role. You’re the person they see week after week. You’ll develop strong relationships with our customers that create value and trust. You’ll deliver and unload products safely and on-time to multiple stops each route.EASYway serving customers in Omaha and surrounding areas. Our routes are home daily with a 5 day work week, so you'll be home every night. trucker will picking up containers as needed, checking equipment and vehicle before and after trip, checking load inventories against invoices for accuracy, maintaining the cleanliness of your truck.


 -High School diploma or equivalent 
 -Must be 21 years of age
 -Valid CDL Class A License
 -Minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience

15. Dispatcher

Easyway international, LLC. is looking for an experienced Intermodal Dispatcher to route drivers and containers with the objective of minimizing costs and meeting customer scheduling needs in a timely and efficient manner. The Intermodal Dispatcher will interact with our truck drivers, customers, other operations personnel, and corporate departments.Dispatcer will reading and dispatching job work orders, setting appointments and schedule loads, dispatch personnel according to schedules, monitor personnel workloads, locations, and hours of service requirements, processing and transmit information and instructions.


 -A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university within Business Administration or equivalent
 -Intermodal experience (preferred)
 -Familiarity with steamship lines and intermodal equipment requirements
 -Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
 -Excellent communication skills
 -Ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced work environment, and to work well with others
16. Marketing Research Analyst 

Keeping all pertinent data current used by market analysis and marketing strategy within Easyway current business plan, aligning marketing strategies supported by newest verifiable market data, and recommending viable modifications of existing strategies in aspects of pricing, advertising and other marketing campaigns; cooperating with sales department to develop new client, and interconnectivity of equipment, identifying new business channels through attending industry related trade shows and quarterly events and studying industry journals and publications and related findings to the business reality; evaluating client satisfaction by designing and conducting client surveys, opinion, constantly monitoring and assessing the market challenges in the logistics industry, such as changes in market demands and transportation costs, and reporting impacts to Easyway management; collecting viable information on all existing competitors, summarizing findings and updating the list of direct competitors to the managements and assessing competitive advantages and disadvantages of Easyway business, recommending strategies in terms of pricing, featured services and market campaign strategies.


 -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration)
 -Logistic  experience (preferred)
 -Experience managing and retaining large, key clients
 -Excellent presentation skills
 -Demonstrated experience selling and marketing is desirable
 -Strong work ethic, highly driven and self-motivated
 -Advanced level of attention to detail and analytical capabilities
 -Analytical skills to research and problem solve client concerns
